These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the La Plata Technologies website and any related public-facing digital properties, materials, communications, and features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with La Plata Technologies for consulting, implementation, managed services, software, support, or any other engagement, that agreement will govern the applicable services and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content made available through it—including text, graphics, visual design, layout, trademarks, logos, icons, software, code, downloads, documents, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to La Plata Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary-rights laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for your internal, non-infringing, lawful business or informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

All company names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party technologies, products, or vendors does not imply ownership or endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.

If you submit inquiries, ideas, suggestions, feedback, resumes, applications, RFP materials, or other communications through the Site or by contacting us, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, information submitted through the Site will not be treated as confidential for purposes of creating an attorney-client, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other special relationship. If you need to share confidential business information in connection with a potential engagement, please coordinate directly with our team so appropriate confidentiality protections can be put in place.

To the extent permitted by law and except where prohibited by a separate agreement, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide to improve our services, offerings, content, and operations without obligation to you.

The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep information accurate, current, and useful, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, La Plata Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for any loss of data, business, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount, if any, you paid to us solely for access to the specific Site feature giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

The Site may include links to third-party websites, embedded tools, maps, videos, scheduling platforms, recruiting tools, document services, or other third-party functionality for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or terms of third-party services.
